Danny was the difference between La Chiesa picking up all three points or going home empty handed on more than one occasion in 03/04.....although he did have the odd good game!! Joking aside, 'The Monk' was a worthy recipient of the LC/DC Player of the Year award, winning the votes of his votes of his team mates by virtue of some amazing performances between the sticks, featuring saves that had to be seen to be believed. Not to mention the hilarious (pre Stella) banter, unfortunately he literally went missing in 04/05, prefering to concentrate on DIY in his bedroom most Sundays...
